For singe custom-made photo puzzles, please upload your image at the time of order via this website. If the image file is too large to upload, or you are having trouble doing so, you can also upload your image to our cloud HERE!

We need 2-4 business days to produce your Jigsaw Puzzle although this may take a few extra days during busy holiday periods. Once your order is ready, we need a further 3-4 days to pack and ship it to you. You should expect to receive your order 7-10 days after the date you ordered it.

We will ship all orders by DHL Express who offer a fast and reliable service. Our objective is to keep shipping costs as low as possible while using only safe and secure methods to deliver your order.  When the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipping details including the shipment tracking number. Please note that DHL Express required that you sign for the package at the time of delivery. Transit time for an order is 3-7 days depending upon your delivery location. 

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and are based upon your location and the quantity of puzzles you have ordered. Typically, the cost of shipping a single puzzle order to any US address will be US$13.50

Yes, we accept orders from most countries and will ship internationally. Please note however that you will be responsible to pay any import duties and taxes charged by your country. You will need to pay these fees direct to the shipped upon delivery.

Shipments to the USA do not currently incur any customs duty or tax charges.

Deliveries to other countries including Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

Sorry, we are unable to ship order to APO, PO Boxes or Hotel addresses. Please provide the street address of a building or office together with the contact number of the person receiving the package.

The largest puzzle size we produce is a 1000-piece puzzle which is 20in x 28in in size. 

Yes, we can produce as many copies of a Jigsaw Puzzle as you want. If you plan to order over 10 puzzles, e-mail us with your requirements, and we will quote you a price. Also check out our current promotions page HERE!

The steps involved in the production of a photo collage jigsaw puzzle are DESIGN, APPROVAL, PRODUCTION, DELIVERY. The total time from order to delivery will vary from order to order but a good estimate is around 10-16 days. We normally need around 3 days to design your photo collage from the time we have received your image files and confirmed order. You will then be sent you a preview of the design and, after receiving your approval, take around 8 days to produce and delivery your puzzle. To be on the safe side, please allow 15 days lead time for your order, but we may well deliver faster than this.

The simple answer to this is to send the best quality (the highest resolution) you have. The better the images, the better the quality of the photo collage. Photos taken with a smart phone or digital camera will normally work fine. If you have older printed photos, you can either take a photo of these with your smart phone, or scan them at 300dpi or higher.

Image files should be saved in a JPEG (JPG) format. This is a standard image file format produced by most digital cameras and scanning software. We can also accept images in a PNG or PDF and other format. If you are in doubt, drop us an e-mail and ask about a specific format.

There is no perfect number of photo that is required to make a good photo collage. It's good to start out by sending us 10 to 15 images but if have less than that then no problem. Please remember that more photos you include in the design, the smaller each image will appear.

We recommend that you choose the best and most relevant photos you have and send these to us. Depending upon the design, we may choose not to include some image so please let us know which photos "must" be included in the design. We will let you know if we need more images.

Yes. Once we have completed a collage layout, we will email to you a small scale preview version of the collage for approval. At this point you can request changes, add photos or add descriptive text to the collage. We will then incorporate these changes and send you a new revised preview version for approval. We will not proceed to produce a puzzle until we have your approval of the collage design and layout.

We will always do our best to enhance your photos but please note that this may not always be possible. Our aim is to make the highest quality photo collage we can with your images. To do this, we will work on each image to make it look the best it can and fit into the design of the collage. Images will be retouched to remove any dust, scratches, or fingerprints. The exposure and color balance of an image will be checked and corrected if required, and the focus sharpened if necessary.
